Mike has a stellar insurance and marketing career that spans more than 35 years. He has held leadership positions at Cigna, the Reich Group, JLT, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer for Pearl Insurance and most recently as Chief Marketing Officer for USI Affinity. Mike brings an exemplary skill set of success in Talent Management, Business Development, B2B and B2C Sales and Marketing, Strategic Planning and Product Innovation and digital marketing models. Mike is active in the insurance industry, actively participating in the Professional Insurance Marketing Association (past President, 2001), American Institute of Professional Association Group Insurance Administrators (past president). He is a Lifetime member of the University of Kentucky Alumni Association and a member of the Kentucky Varsity lettermen Club (K Club).
