Professional Liability Insurance
Take care of yourself before you take care of others
As a professional, you've devoted years to study and training. Your skills and experience are constantly being tested under stressful conditions and with difficult clients. How you respond could determine your professional reputation and your future.
Under such circumstances, it's all too easy for something to go wrong. A malpractice suit or a charge of negligence - justified or not - could mean the end of your career. That's why your professional association recommends that you have your own Professional Liability Insurance. We offer this program underwritten by the Chicago Insurance Company, a member of Interstate National Corporation (one of The Fireman's Fund Insurance Companies) and arranged for you through Hagan Benefits. This program is administered by Maginnis & Associates.
As specialized as you are.
This professional Liability Insurance program is designed especially for professionals like you. Coverage provides protection whether you are employed full-time or part-time. If you have your own practice, this program will provide important fundamental coverage.
It helps protect your future.
Because this program uses an "occurrence form" you are covered for designated professional services performed during the term of the insurance certificate…no matter when the suit of claim is made. This means you have protection now and in the future - even after the insurance certificate expires or you retire or change jobs - for any covered claims resulting from covered services you performed while the insurance certificate was in force.
It helps protect you.
This professional Liability Insurance Program protects you against covered claims arising from real or alleged negligence resulting from your acts or omissions in the practice of your profession. It also helps protect you if someone you supervise, and for whom you are legally liable, is named in a suit.
Program Features
You have a choice.
Your coverage limit depends on your needs. You can select limits of $2,000,000 per incident; $4,000,000 annual aggregate for Professional Liability Coverage, or limits of $1,000,000 per incident; $3,000,000 annual aggregate for Professional Liability Coverage.
Your defense costs are covered.
This coverage will pay legal fees and court costs incurred by the insurer on your behalf, for covered claims, in addition to the liability limits, even if the suit is groundless, false or fraudulent.
Your expenses are reimbursed.
Regardless of the limits of liability you choose, if you lose earnings or incur expenses at the insurer's request, you will be reimbursed up to $10,000 per incident.
You have worldwide protection.
You are covered anywhere in the world, as long as the claim is made or suit is brought in the United States or its territories or possessions.

Life Insurance
Life Insurance can be the most important coverage you can purchase,
especially when it comes to your family's security. As your family changes over

inflation and your changing needs.
There's no need to worry about the strength of your plan: once you're
covered, your insurance rates cannot be increased or your coverage cancelled due
to a change in your health.
