Q. What are the coverage limits?
A
. There are two options you may choose from:
    a $2,000,000 per incident/occurance with a $4,000,000 annual aggregate
    or a $1,000,000 per incident/ occurance with a $3,000,000 annual aggregate

Q. Do I need to be a member of the NSCA?
A
. Yes, you must be a member to apply.

Q. If I own a business, can I be covered under the business name?
A
. Yes, you would be considered self-employed under the coverage.

Q. Will this policy cover my employees?
A
. Yes, if you are self-employed and have employees, coverage for your employees can be added to this coverage.  The rate charged is per employee.

Q. Can business partners be covered under the same policy?
A
. Yes, the policy includes all partners as policy holders..

Q. Is "General Liability" coverage available?
A
. Yes, as an optional coverage in addition to the professional liability.

Q. Would I be able to list a gym as an additional insured?
A
. Yes. An additional premium is charged for each additional insured.

Q. Can I train a group?
A. Yes.

Q. Does this policy cover me to instruct "pilates"?
A
. No, not at this time.

Q. How long will the application and approval process take?
A. Once the application is received by the company, normal processing can take between 5 to 15 business days. Once approved, coverage can be effective the date received by the company.

Q. Can I pay my premium on a installment plan?
A
. At this time the annual premium must be paid with your application, either by check or credit card (Visa/Mastercard).
