ANNUAL RENEWABLE TERM LIFE

Life Insurance can be the most important coverage you can purchase, especially when it comes to your family's security. As your family changes over time, the amount of insurance you need may also change. Now is a good time to review your life insurance protection and make sure it has kept pace with the inflation and your changing needs.

There's no need to worry about the strength of your plan: once you're covered, your insurance rates cannot be increased or your coverage cancelled due to a change in your health.

• Members and spouses may apply for benefits ranging from $25,000 to $1,000,000.
• All children between 14 days and six months of age may be covered for $1,000; between six months 19 years of age (25, if a full time student), $5,000 of coverage is available.                                                                                                                                                           

Accelerated Death Benefit.

Facing a terminal illness is a critical time for anyone- both emotionally and financially. The Accelerated Life Benefit provides an early payout if a member has a life expectancy of 12 months or less. This benefit allows you (and your spouse, if covered) a one-time option to receive up to 50% of the Term Life insurance proceeds.

The funds are received in a lump sum payment without restriction on how you have to use them. The face amount of your Term Life policy is then reduced by the amount paid out by the Accelerated Death Benefit.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D).

This coverage is also available. Additionally, your full-time employees are eligible to apply for benefits up to $250,000
