NSCA members are eligible for a 10-Year Level Term Life plan. Under this rate structure, it is expected that premiums will stay level for up to ten years for each eligible insured person.*

Group Level Term Benefits include:

• Members and spouses may apply for benefits ranging from $150,000 to $1,000,000
• All children between 14 days and six months of age may be covered for $1,000; between six months 19 years of age (25, if a full time student), $5,000 of coverage is available.                                                                                                                                                           
• The Accelerated Life Benefit provides an early payout if a member has a life expectancy of 12 months or less. This benefit allows you (and your spouse, if covered) a one-time option to receive up to 50% of the Term Life insurance proceeds.
• Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) is included
• Full-time employees of members are eligible to apply for benefits up to $250,000

*Premiums will change only if changed for all insureds covered under the group policy and with 60 day written notice.
