The South Dakota Public Assurance Alliance is a self-funded risk retention pool that provides Liability and Property coverages for governmental entities in the State of South Dakota. This pool is endorsed by the South Dakota Municipal League. Hagan Benefits is the exclusive marketing and administration organization for this pool, which we market to cities, counties and other governmental entities throughout the entire State of South Dakota.
 
Associations
Hagan Benefits, Inc. markets numerous member benefits for several national and state associations. Through direct mail, web access and attending national conventions, Hagan Benefits, Inc. promotes the benefits of association membership by providing quality products and unsurpassed service.
 
Record Keeping - Listen to a message about our recordkeeping
Working as Capella Pension, we provide 401(k) administration and record keeping services for organizations that have discovered it makes more business and financial sense to outsource this service. Our integrated software provides access via voice response unit and the Internet. We provide the back room support, so our clients have time to develop more relationships.
